Sean Stevens has over 25 years of experience in the strawberry industry, bringing deep operational knowledge and a proven record of leadership across all facets of production and grower operations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his strategic approach, hands-on leadership style, and commitment to driving sustainable growth while fostering strong relationships with growers, partners, and teams.
Sean’s extensive industry experience, combined with his practical understanding of market dynamics and operational execution, positions him as a valuable leader supporting the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives. Outside of work, Sean enjoys martial arts and golfing, pursuits that reflect his discipline, focus, and appreciation for continuous improvement—qualities that also define his professional leadership.

VP of Sustainability & Product Integrity
